What Data Does JuxAI Use?

When you chat with JuxAI, it processes:

• Your messages — the questions and preferences you share in the conversation.
• Property data — Juxtravel's database of listings, prices, availability, and reviews.
• Conversation context — previous messages in the same chat session for follow-up understanding.

What JuxAI Does NOT Access

• Your personal account details — JuxAI does not read your profile, phone number, or email.
• Your booking history — past reservations are not shared with the AI.
• Your saved properties — your favourites list is private.
• Your payment information — JuxAI has zero access to financial data.
• Your location — JuxAI does not track or use your GPS location.

Conversation Storage

JuxAI conversations are stored securely for:

• Session continuity — so JuxAI remembers context during your chat.
• Service improvement — anonymized conversations help us improve recommendations.

Data Security

• All conversations are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Stored on secure servers with access controls.
• Not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Not used to train external AI models.

Your Control

• End a session — closing the chat panel ends the conversation context.
• Delete history — you can request deletion of all JuxAI conversation data by contacting support.
• Opt out — you can use Juxtravel without ever interacting with JuxAI. It is entirely optional.

AI Transparency

JuxAI is powered by large language models. While it strives for accuracy, recommendations are based on available data and should be verified by checking the actual property listing before booking.
