4. AI Services (JuxAI)

Juxtraveloffers AI-powered features including trip planning assistance and property recommendations ("JuxAI"). When you use these features:

• Your conversations and queries are processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate responses
• Conversation data is stored securely in our database to maintain chat history and improve recommendations
• Your data is not used to train third-party AI models
• AI responses are suggestions and should not be treated as professional travel advice
• You can delete your JuxAI conversation history at any time from your account settings

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Property hosts: When you make a booking, we share your name, contact details, and booking information with the host to fulfil your reservation
• Payment processors: Razorpay processes your payments and receives the financial information necessary to complete transactions
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (AI features), and email/messaging providers to operate the Platform
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS)
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
• User data is hosted on Supabase with enterprise-grade security, including encryption at rest and in transit
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis
• We conduct regular security reviews and promptly address vulnerabilities

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Juxtravel is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
