Anantara Farm

We shaped Anantara Farm as a 3 BHK villa for slow weekends and easy group stays near Neemrana, with enough indoor space to spread out and enough outdoor space to actually use. The house is set up as a full private stay, with a pool, a garden, a balcony, and open dining areas that make the day move between inside and outside. We kept the layout practical. Air-conditioned bedrooms, attached baths, a working kitchen, and backup power all matter more here than fuss. It is a straightforward house meant to be lived in. You’ll have the entire villa to yourselves, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to eight guests. The common areas do a lot of the work here: a living space for TV or board games, a dining table for proper meals, and outdoor seating for evenings by the pool or barbecue. If you are coming as a family, the room closest to the shared spaces is the easiest for early risers and children. If you are coming with another couple or with friends, the bedroom with balcony access gives you a bit more quiet in the morning. The kitchen is useful for simple cooking, and there is a dedicated workspace if one of you needs to open a laptop for a few hours. The rhythm here is simple. Mornings start in the garden or on the balcony with tea, before the heat picks up. Afternoons are for the pool, long lunches, and retreating indoors with the AC on. By evening, the house opens up again. You can set up dinner outside, use the BBQ, play music on the Bluetooth speaker, or just sit out while the light changes. It suits short breaks from Delhi NCR, one-night stopovers near Neemrana, and longer stays where you want a house that is easy to settle into rather than plan around. We host couples taking a quiet break, families with children who need space to run around, and small groups of friends who want a private villa without leaving anyone cramped. It also works well for guests mixing work and rest, since Wi-Fi, a workspace, and power backup are already in place. If you are travelling with a pet, the garden and private setup make that easier too. We have tried to make it the kind of place where you can arrive, exhale, and get on with your time together.
