Merging luxury with nature, our property is a perfect place for relaxation and entertainment.<br><br>Dive into the pleasures of our inviting swimming pool, indulge in culinary delights in our fully-equipped kitchen, and embrace the beauty of our 2.5-acre lush green lawns, a terrace, a pond, and various outdoor games such as cricket, badminton and football, all set on 2.5 acres of lush green lawns.<br><br>Property Layout:<br><br>* 2.5 Acre farm villa - rented as an entire / independent property only<br>* Sunahari Bagh villa consists of 5 bedrooms, It has two units-<br>-one is main villa with three bedrooms with attached washrooms and balconies (one on ground floor, two bedrooms on upper level), living room, kitchen, dining area.<br>-Second unit is situated opposite to main villa which consists of two bedrooms with attached washroom in it.<br>* The farm villa has a total sleeping capacity for 15 guests (5 Bedrooms and 1 Living Room with extra beds)<br>* Minimum price to book the villa remains same for upto 9 guests. After 9 guests, extra person charges apply. Max sleeping allowed for 15 guests only (including children).<br>* Living area located in the villa is lavishly designed and decorated with formal / informal sitting for upto 16 guests along with a 7 seater dining table.<br>*If you enjoy the activity, there is a newly built swimming pool with an outdoor bar and plenty of places around the pool to sit and relax. There is a walking path in the farmhouse, amenities for badminton, a place for a bonfire, and lots of indoor games. And there is a music system to help you dance your energy away! We also have provision for bonfires on those nippy nights<br></p>
