How to Book a Property

Booking on Juxtravel is straightforward. Here is the step-by-step process from search to confirmation.

Step 1: Find Your Property

Browse or search for properties. Tap on any property card to see the full listing with photos, amenities, reviews, and house rules.

Step 2: Select Your Dates

On the property page, use the date picker in the booking sidebar to choose your check-in and check-out dates. The calendar shows available dates in real time — unavailable dates are greyed out.

Step 3: Enter Guest Count

Select the number of adults and children. The price adjusts automatically based on occupancy. Extra guest charges apply if you exceed the base occupancy.

Step 4: Review Pricing

The booking sidebar shows a full breakdown:

Base price per night (weekday vs. weekend rates)
Extra guest charges (if applicable)
Service fee (3% of subtotal)
GST (as per property rate)
Total amount

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

Tap Book Now to go to the checkout page. Fill in:

Guest name and phone number
Email address for confirmation
Special requests (optional)

Step 6: Choose Payment Method

Select from:

Pay Full Amount — recommended for instant confirmation
Pay 50% Deposit — pay the rest at check-in
Pay at Property — creates an enquiry; the host confirms manually

Step 7: Complete Payment

For online payments, Razorpay opens a secure payment window. Pay via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.

Step 8: Confirmation

After payment, you will see a confirmation page with your booking reference. You will also receive a WhatsApp message and email with all the details.
