Each property on Juxtravel has a cancellation policy set by the host. Understanding these policies helps you book with confidence.

Policy Types

Flexible

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before check-in.

Moderate

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

Strict

  • 50% refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.

Where to Find the Policy

The cancellation policy is displayed:

  • On the property detail page under "Policies."
  • On the checkout page before you confirm payment.
  • In your booking confirmation email.

Service Fee Refund

The 3% service fee is:

  • Fully refundable if you cancel within the full-refund window.
  • Non-refundable for partial refunds or no-refund cancellations.

Special Circumstances

In certain situations, Juxtravel may override the standard policy:

  • Natural disasters affecting the property area.
  • Government travel restrictions (e.g., COVID lockdowns).
  • Property becomes uninhabitable due to maintenance issues.
  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation).

These are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
