Each property on Juxtravel has a cancellation policy set by the host. Understanding these policies helps you book with confidence.
Policy Types
Flexible
- Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before check-in.
Moderate
- Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
Strict
- 50% refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
Where to Find the Policy
The cancellation policy is displayed:
- On the property detail page under "Policies."
- On the checkout page before you confirm payment.
- In your booking confirmation email.
Service Fee Refund
The 3% service fee is:
- Fully refundable if you cancel within the full-refund window.
- Non-refundable for partial refunds or no-refund cancellations.
Special Circumstances
In certain situations, Juxtravel may override the standard policy:
- Natural disasters affecting the property area.
- Government travel restrictions (e.g., COVID lockdowns).
- Property becomes uninhabitable due to maintenance issues.
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation).
These are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
