Trip planning is better together. Here is how to invite friends and collaborate on your Trip Board in real time.

Sharing Your Board

1. Open your Trip Board.
2. Tap the Share button (top-right corner).
3. Choose how to share:
   • Copy link — paste it into any chat (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, etc.).
   • WhatsApp direct share — sends a formatted message with the board link.

Anyone with the link can view the board. To let them edit (add properties, vote, comment), they need a Juxtravel account.

What Collaborators Can Do

• Add properties — browse Juxtravel and add properties to the shared board.
• Vote on properties — upvote or downvote to surface the group's preferences.
• Leave comments — discuss specific properties or general plans.
• View the budget breakdown — see how each property fits the budget.

Real-Time Collaboration

Trip Boards update in real time. When a friend adds a property or votes, you see the change immediately without refreshing. It is like Google Docs but for trip planning.

Managing Members

As the board creator, you can:

• See all members who have joined the board.
• Remove members if needed.
• Change board settings (name, dates, budget).

• Set the budget first — it avoids awkward conversations later.
• Let everyone add options — more choices lead to better decisions.
• Use voting — it is democratic and prevents one person from dominating.
