Why we made you book a villa on WhatsApp

Most travel sites make you sign up, verify email, remember a password, and wait for OTPs that never arrive. We threw all of it out.

If you've ever tried to book a villa in India, you know the drill. Create an account. Verify the email that lands in spam. Choose a password. Forget it. Request a reset. Wait for the SMS that arrives tomorrow. Try again. Pay. Screenshot everything. Hope for the best.

We built Juxtravel differently.

One login method: WhatsApp

No SMS OTP — SMS is broken in India and you know it. No passwords — nobody remembers them. No magic links that expire while you're checking a tab. Just a 6-digit code on WhatsApp that you tap to copy. The whole login takes eight seconds.

One notification channel: WhatsApp

Booking confirmation, check-in details, host contact, receipts, updates — all on WhatsApp. The same app your host uses. The same app you message your family on. No hunting through emails.

One support channel: WhatsApp

Real humans, real fast. We don't have a chatbot pretending to help. We don't have a contact form that never gets read. We have a 15-person support team on WhatsApp, seven days a week.

It's not groundbreaking technology. It's just respecting how you actually use your phone.
