Booking Confirmation
Here is what happens after you complete your booking on Juxtravel.
Instant Confirmation
When you pay online (full amount or 50% deposit), your booking is confirmed immediately. You will see a confirmation page with:
- Booking reference number (e.g., JUX-ABC123)
- Property name and address
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Number of guests
- Total amount paid
- Host contact details
Notifications You Will Receive
After booking, you get notified through multiple channels:
- WhatsApp message — Instant booking confirmation with all details and the host's number.
- Email confirmation — A detailed email with your booking summary and property information.
- SMS — A brief confirmation text with your booking reference.
Pre-Arrival Communication
One day before check-in, you will receive a pre-arrival email with:
- Check-in instructions and directions
- Host contact number
- House rules reminder
- WiFi details (if provided by host)
Pay at Property Bookings
If you chose Pay at Property, your booking status is "Enquiry" until the host confirms. You will receive:
- An enquiry received notification immediately.
- A confirmation notification once the host accepts.
- If the host does not respond within the timeframe, the enquiry expires and you are notified.
Viewing Your Bookings
Log into your Juxtravel account and visit My Bookings to see all your upcoming, past, and cancelled reservations with full details.
