Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps. Simply scan the QR code or enter your UPI ID.
- Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay.
- Debit Cards — All major Indian bank debit cards with online transaction enabled.
- Net Banking — Direct bank transfer from 50+ Indian banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, and more.
- Wallets — Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, and other supported digital wallets.
Payment Options at Checkout
When booking a property, you can choose:
- Pay Full Amount — Recommended. Instant confirmation, no balance due.
- Pay 50% Deposit — Pay half now, the rest at check-in. Great for advance planning.
- Pay at Property — No online payment. This creates a booking enquiry that the host must confirm manually. Subject to availability.
Currency
All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards are accepted, and your bank will handle the currency conversion.
Payment Failures
If your payment fails:
- Check your bank SMS — sometimes the amount is debited but the payment times out. It will auto-refund in 5-7 business days.
- Try a different method — switch from UPI to card or vice versa.
- Contact support if the issue persists — we will help resolve it.
