Razorpay: Our Payment Partner

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant payment gateway used by thousands of businesses across India.

Security Measures

PCI DSS Level 1 Compliance — Razorpay meets the highest standard of payment card security. Your card data is encrypted and handled according to international security standards.
256-bit SSL Encryption — All payment data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections.
No Card Storage — Juxtravel does not store your credit card numbers, CVV, or bank account details. All sensitive data stays with Razorpay.
3D Secure Authentication — For card payments, you will be redirected to your bank's secure page for OTP verification.
UPI PIN Verification — UPI payments require your personal PIN, adding an extra layer of security.

What We Store

Juxtravel only stores:

Transaction ID — for reference and support.
Payment status — confirmed, pending, or failed.
Amount paid — for your booking records.

We never have access to your full card number or bank credentials.

Fraud Protection

Razorpay's AI-powered fraud detection system monitors transactions in real time. Suspicious activity is flagged and blocked automatically.

Refund Security

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. We never ask for alternative accounts or send refunds to third-party wallets.

Remember: Juxtravel will never ask for your card details, OTP, or UPI PIN via phone, email, or WhatsApp. If someone claims to be from Juxtravel and asks for this information, it is a scam.
