JuxCover Protection
JuxCover is Juxtravel's built-in protection program that safeguards both guests and hosts.
For Guests
Booking Protection
- Listing accuracy guarantee — if the property does not match the listing, we help you find an alternative or issue a full refund.
- Host cancellation coverage — if a host cancels your confirmed booking, we assist with rebooking at a comparable property or process a complete refund.
- Check-in guarantee — if you cannot check in due to a host issue (wrong address, locked property, no-show host), we resolve it immediately.
Payment Protection
- Secure transactions — all payments go through Razorpay's encrypted system.
- Refund guarantee — eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- No hidden charges — you will never be charged more than what was shown at checkout.
For Hosts
Property Damage Protection
JuxCover provides basic protection against guest-caused damage:
- Covers accidental damage to property and contents up to Rs 50,000 per incident.
- Hosts must report damage within 48 hours of checkout with photo evidence.
- Claims are reviewed within 5 business days.
Liability Coverage
- Basic third-party liability coverage for incidents on the property during a booking.
- This is supplementary and does not replace the host's own property insurance.
What JuxCover Does NOT Cover
- Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- Damage from pets (unless the listing allows pets and damage exceeds the pet deposit).
- Theft of guest belongings — guests should use safes and travel insurance.
- Natural disasters or events beyond anyone's control.
How to Make a Claim
- Document the issue with photos and timestamps.
- Report via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours.
- Our team reviews the evidence and communicates with both parties.
- Approved claims are settled within 10 business days.
