How to List Your Property

Juxtravel welcomes property owners across India. Here is how to get your property listed and start earning.

Step 1: Register as a Host

Visit juxtravel.com/host and sign up with your phone number or Google account. You will be taken to the Host Dashboard where you can manage everything.

Step 2: Start the Listing Wizard

Click Add New Property in your dashboard. The listing wizard guides you through:

Property Type — Villa, Farmhouse, Cottage, Homestay, Apartment, Treehouse, or Houseboat.
Location — Full address with city, state, and map pin for accurate directions.
Property Details — Name, description, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and maximum guest capacity.
Amenities — Select from a comprehensive list: WiFi, pool, AC, parking, kitchen, pet-friendly, and more.
Photos — Upload high-quality images of your property. We recommend at least 10 photos covering all rooms, outdoor areas, and key amenities.
House Rules — Set check-in/check-out times, pet policy, smoking rules, and any special instructions.

Step 3: Set Your Pricing

Base price per night — your standard weekday rate.
Weekend price — Friday and Saturday night rate (optional, can be same as base).
Extra guest charge — per additional adult beyond base occupancy.
Weekly/monthly discounts — encourage longer stays.

Step 4: Submit for Verification

Once your listing is complete, submit it for review. Our team will schedule a video verification call to confirm your property details and photos.

Step 5: Go Live

After verification, your property goes live on juxtravel.com and starts appearing in search results. You will receive a notification when your first booking comes in.
