The Verification Steps
1. Document Review
After submitting your listing, you will need to provide:
- Government ID — Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport of the property owner.
- Property ownership proof — sale deed, electricity bill, or rental agreement.
- GST registration (if applicable) — for properties that charge GST.
2. Video Verification Call
A Juxtravel team member will schedule a 15-20 minute video call where you walk us through the property:
- Show all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Demonstrate key amenities (pool, WiFi, kitchen appliances).
- Point out the entrance, parking area, and outdoor spaces.
- Confirm check-in procedures and emergency contacts.
3. Photo Review
Our team compares your uploaded photos with the video walkthrough to ensure accuracy. If needed, we may ask for updated or additional photos.
4. Approval
Once everything checks out, your property receives the Verified badge and goes live. The typical turnaround is 2-3 business days from document submission.
Maintaining Verification
If you make significant changes to your property (renovation, new amenities), update your listing and let us know. Major changes may require a brief re-verification.
